Overall 2022 was a good year for Scale AQ (UK) with the first 200m pens coming into Scotland for Mowi. This was quickly followed by the signing of pens, nets and moorings for Scottish Seafarms who chose Scale as the preferred supplier for their first 160m pens.

A further breakthrough was made later in the year where ScaleAQ UK secured 3 complete camera systems for Bakkafrost UK, which up until then purchased most of their systems to competitors.

This sale has opened the door for other activity, and they are now working progressively with Bakkafrost Scotland as they continue to streamline and modernise their faming infrastructure.
