Organizational change in the HR Team

Elisabeth Håbrekke has quickly integrated into ScaleAQ and the HR team since she joined. To ensure progress and avoid bottlenecks in HR work, Elisabeth will, effective immediately, take on the overall responsibility for HR across the company, thereby becoming the leader of the entire HR team. Elisabeth will continue to report to Nina and will represent HR in the executive management team in 2025 when Nina is on leave.

New hires are planned within the HR team to ease administrative tasks and provide better support to line managers. These changes will give the HR team increased capacity to work effectively, both strategically and operationally.
