Dear colleagues
A big thank you to all of you for a fantastic effort over the past year.
It is the diversity of knowledge, experience, and the great engagement from all of you that makes us deliver our best year ever.
We now have five solid divisions, all of which form an important part of a broad value chain for the international aquaculture industry.
Unfortunately, we live in a troubled world and not everyone can face the Christmas peace. We think of those who are subjected to terror and war. In a troubled time in the world, we must all ask for humanity and leadership, with perspective, warmth, and stamina. “An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind,” Gandhi said. We must start with ourselves and our fellow human beings. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something for our community. This year’s Christmas gift to our staff is a contribution to Médecins Sans Frontières.
Now it’s time to take extra good care of the community with friends and family. I hope you log off work and log on to your close relationships.
I would like to end this year’s Christmas greeting by sharing some of the different open feedback we received from our employees in Norway on this year’s employee survey. All feedback, both good and improvement suggestions will be shared with all of you in the New Year.
What makes ScaleAQ/Moen Marin/Maskon particularly good, which you would like to highlight as positive?
- Dynamic, forward-looking, innovative, persevering, positive and motivated people, good working environment, honest, open and direct, and an unbeatable culture with pronounced “freedom with responsibility”. Everyone takes action when needed and there is no “whine culture” – simply an amazing bunch that I am proud to work with.
- Cooperation is emphasized in a way that I feel confident about being able to ask for help to solve a task
- As of now, in my view, Scale really has wind in its sails and has great products!
Merry Christmas, good colleagues.
