Hello everyone,

Jon Arild Tørresdal has decided to step down from his role as CEO of ScaleAQ Software and will also be leaving the company, effective June 1, 2025. The decision follows a constructive and open dialogue with the group management, where Jon Arild expressed a wish to move in a more technical direction and focus on his core competence within product and technology development.

 Jon Arild has played a key role in the establishment and development of ScaleAQ Software as a standalone company. Through his leadership, he has helped build the organization, the technology platform, and the customer portfolio. His contribution has been important in positioning the company for further growth and digital advancement in the aquaculture industry.

Information regarding the process of new CEO for Software will be announced within a short time.

Jon Arild Tørresdal har valgt å tre ut av rollen som CEO i ScaleAQ Software, og fratrer sin stilling i selskapet med virkning fra 1. juni 2025. Beslutningen er resultat av en god og åpen dialog med konsernledelsen, hvor Jon Arild uttrykte et ønske om å gå i en mer teknisk retning og fokusere videre på sin kjernekompetanse innen produkt- og teknologiutvikling.

Jon Arild har vært en sentral drivkraft i etableringen og utviklingen av ScaleAQ Software som eget selskap, og har gjennom sitt lederskap vært med på å bygge både organisasjon, teknologiplattform og kundeportefølje. Hans innsats har vært viktig for å posisjonere selskapet for videre vekst og digital utvikling i havbruksnæringen.
