Our skilled service technicians and support operators, who work with our products every day, often identify opportunities for improvement—whether in handling, installation, or usage—as well as ways to prevent recurring issues.
To encourage and recognize these valuable insights, the Service department initiated a quarterly competition to highlight the best improvement suggestion related to our products.
A total of 34 suggestions were submitted in Q2. Improvements related to our products were shortlisted and reviewed by a jury consisting of several team leaders and coordinators from the Service department.
The winning suggestion for the past quarter suggests that The key must be attached to the outside of the Midgard Winch Control cabinet before delivery and was submitted by Petter Stangvik.
