We are happy to announce that Scottish SeaFarm has signed a contract for its second Fram 200T barge – the first barge was delivered in the spring of 2020. This is a great sign of the customer being satisfied with the barge and us as a supplier. Many thanks to everyone involved who has contributed to the sale; team Scotland, sales, project, production, logistics and service.

Scottish SeaFarm has also entered into a contract for the rebuild and expansion of 2 existing feeding systems based on barge sales.

• Hull beam: 9.6m
• Hull depth: 3.5m
• Calculated max loading capacity: 270t
• HS Max: 4.0m

The barge is delivered with 200t of feeding capacity distributed over 4 feeding lines, a hybrid solution that provides both economic and environmental benefits – less diesel consumption and hence less environmental emissions.
