We invite EVERYONE to report critical incidents, be it a serious HSEQ incident, acute failure of critical equipment (such as nets, barges, cages and moorings), or major incidents beyond normal complaints as well as critical incidents related to 3. party (customers, competitors or suppliers). In this way, we ensure that we as a company act quickly and consistently if something occurs and give these events the attention they deserve and the necessary support one needs in relation to follow-up and treatment internally as well as externally.
