Hope everybody on this site also had a great Christmas. I would like to welcome you all back to your physical office, but unfortunately we have to continue with home office for a while longer. The government will present new evaluations of measures on 14 January, and until then we will continue to follow the national measures which state that “The employer shall ensure that employees can work from home, when it is practically possible and not an obstacle to important and necessary activities in the workplace ». Employees who for various and necessary reasons need to meet physically at work can do this by agreement with the immediate manager.

It is a privilege to start the year with a solid result from last year. With an “all time high” turnover from 2021, everything is ready for 2022. We also have the pleasure of welcoming our new HR director Lucie Katrine Sunde-Eidem. Lucie Katrine joins the CHRO position from the position of State Secretary to the Minister of Trade and Industry in the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Lucie has 15 years of experience from HR and management in the private and public sector and looks forward to taking on the improvement processes we have in our organization.

Lucie is happy to be back in the “real” business world, where values are created together with the sharpest minds in aquaculture. On the way out of the pandemic, we will build an excellent learning and working environment in ScaleAQ. We can probably take with us some educational experiences from the pandemic, at the same time as we design new flexible structures that create motivation and well-being. I look forward to taking on that job with you.
