Gathering All Employees in Norway

“Now we are building the team step by step. First here in Norway, then we will take action internationally,” says CEO Audun Fjeldvær.

This weekend, all employees in the ScaleAQ group in Norway are gathering for a two‑day conference. All departments and offices have been invited to an event in Trondheim, where the theme is: WE2026.

– In recent years, we have taken things step by step, expanding our family. Today we deliver boats, vaccination machines, washing robots, hydraulic specialists. You could say we are everything aquaculture needs—except the fish and the feed.

Everyone at ScaleAQ is unique. We are climbing step by step with our concept WE2026, wich will include everyone, Audun says.

CEO, Audun Sivertsen Fjeldvær has a clear ambition: to bring employees across departments, offices, and divisions closer together.

– By inviting everyone in Norway to gather here in Trondheim, this is the first step. It goes without saying that bringing together over 1,000 people from eight countries in one place is demanding. That’s why we are starting here in Norway, and then similar gatherings will take place in other countries.

Showcasing the breadth

The main goal of the gathering in Trondheim is for all employees to feel that they are part of one and the same family.

– We will also launch an exciting new concept, for which we have spent time identifying our DNA. I won’t reveal too much yet, but if we are to reach our future goals, we need guidelines for what it will take to get there.

Fjeldvær explains that it is natural to start in Norway. There will be gatherings and a rollout of the concept at all offices/countries in the group.

– Our strength is that we can offer complete solutions for aquaculture worldwide. We have an enormous breadth in what we provide. This makes us much stronger when we know each other better and are aware of each other’s strengths. That way, we can also achieve better results, says Fjeldvær.

The WE gathering in Norway will take place this weekend, March 13–14. More information on the DNA concept will be shared later on the intranet.
