Thank you so much. I am truly proud to summarize a year where you once again go the extra mile, show trust, and above all, demonstrate responsibility. ScaleAQ’s values are not just words – they are lived out every day, 365 days a year – by you.

I write this with humility, simply because I am impressed. The numbers from 2025 so far show once again that we have taken solid steps forward. We have grown, and we have convinced new customers that what we deliver is of high quality, backed by the right expertise. We are also now truly competing to be the world’s largest supplier to the aquaculture industry, both nationally and internationally. In several areas we are the largest, and I am absolutely convinced that we are the best. Once again: You make this possible. Thank you, sincerely.

These thanks do not only come from me, but also from the Board. This week we had a board meeting where we reviewed the past year and looked ahead to what will happen in 2026. The Board is very pleased with the work you are doing. They see that you go the extra mile, they see that you truly deliver, and it is noticed. When I hear that from them, I feel both humble and proud.

As we approach the holidays, I encourage each of you to take time to rest. Take care of yourselves in these final days before the celebrations, and avoid accidents or mishaps that could cast a shadow over the holidays. Your safety is the top priority. Christmas is about being with those you love, and I hope you get the chance to do just that. A special greeting goes to those of you who continue working through the holidays—those who must respond when something happens..

I will end by quoting a line from a Norwegian Christmas song: “og ett har vi visselig sanna, vi e hardhausa vi som du.” or in english: “One truth we surely know: we are steadfast and strong, just like you”.
