These days, pre-grinder number 50 is delivered from ScaleAQ’s department at Skodje. The product has been developed from the department at Skodje according to customer wishes and has been a great success since its launch.

The coarse grinder is included in barge deliveries, standalone grinder tanks, tipping systems and mobile solutions. Most barges from ScaleAQ today are delivered with a pre-grinder, which customers greatly appreciate.

The pre-grinder is currently produced externally in Poland, but efforts are being made to bring about in-house production of the product from Vietnam in order to reduce production costs. Prototype from Vietnam is currently on its way to Norway. As of today, we deliver one model of the pre-grinder, but the development of a smaller version is underway as we see that for some customers and some markets there is no need for capacities up to 20 tonnes / hour.
