Bård has built up a strong and competent development environment in ScaleAQ during these 4 years, with a large network of our customers, suppliers and research environment, which means that it is a solid foundation to build on.
Wednesday 31 August will be his last day of work with us, and we would like to thank Bård for his efforts and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors!
Audun Fjeldvær will be interim head of Innovation & Development. With considerable experience and knowledge of the industry’s future needs and markets, he will, together with the industry’s foremost innovators and developers, continue the job of further developing ScaleAQ both nationally and globally. The commitment to innovation and technology continues to the full in ScaleAQ!
The commitment to sustainability is significant in ScaleAQ! Director of Sustainability in the company, Hanne Digre, joins the group management as part of taking ScaleAQ further in this venture. Hanne has a solid background in research, knowledge and experience from aquaculture and fish farming. ScaleAQ has an ambition to be ahead and contribute to the sustainable development of the industry and Hanne will be an important contributor to us achieving this goal!
We bring together the focus on sustainability and biology under a joint function, where Torstein Kristensen (Head of Biology) will report to Hanne going forward. Torstein ensures the company’s investment in biological performance and documentation about our products.
The changes take effect immediately.

Direktør for Bærekraft i selskapet, Hanne Digre, trer inn i konsernledelsen som et ledd i å ta ScaleAQ videre i denne satsningen. Hanne har en solid bakgrunn innen forskning, kunnskap og erfaring fra havbruk og fiskeoppdrett. ScaleAQ har en ambisjon om å ligge et hestehode foran og bidra til en bærekraftig utvikling av næringen og Hanne blir en viktig bidragsyter for at vi skal nå dette målet!
Vi samler satsingen på bærekraft og biologi under felles funksjon, hvor Torstein Kristensen (Fagsjef Biologi) vil rapportere til Hanne fremover. Torstein sikrer selskapets satsning på biologisk ytelse og dokumentasjon omkring våre produkter.
