On Tuesday 01 March, we had the pleasure of receiving our new Chief Commercial Officer, Nina Olufsen in ScaleAQ.

Nina comes to the position highly motivated and has extensive experience from various commercial roles in the private sector. Throughout her career, she has been a part of and led, several processes in business development and restructuring. Nina has a Master of Business Administration from BI, and also has several years of law studies from UiO.

• What got you started in ScaleAQ?

Important and future-oriented industry and an exciting company due to many factors; Head office in Trd (where I have lived since August), B2B and global catchment area, high-competence environment, significant size with strong growth ambitions, and not least a solid owner in the back. I also do not want to underestimate the importance of the meetings with others from management during the recruitment process.

• What are your expectations for the start-up?

As I am new to the industry, I am prepared for the fact that there is a lot to get acquainted with. I focus on understanding the whole and the broad lines, as well as who does what, now in the beginning. That means talking to as many people as possible, and I hope and believe that I have gained many new colleagues who can help me get off to a flying start. Four days out, I must say that I am very impressed and grateful for the competence and hospitality of everyone I have had time to talk to. I look forward to the continuation and that I can also start contributing to value creation!
