ScaleAQ Group Authorization Guidelines
The purpose of this guideline is to define and describe the management authorization principles of Scale Aquaculture Group (hereinafter referred to as the «Company» or the «Group») and regulate the internal limitations to employees acting on behalf of an entity within the Group or the Group with respect to all agreements and arrangements that pose obligations on an entity or the Group.
ScaleAQ Group Contract Committee Policy
The main purpose of the Group Contract Committee is to ensure that material agreements with customers are entered into in accordance with the Contract Policy and other relevant policies and guidelines.
In addition, the Group Contract Committee shall ensure that key risks are identified and that measures to mitigate these risks are established.
The Group Contract Committee is an integral part of the risk management system in Scale Aquaculture. This procedure outlines the responsibilities and guidelines of the Group Contract Committee.
