Christian currently works as a Service Manager in Haugesund and has been with the company (Steinsvik / ScaleAQ) since 2013. Christian is a trained electrician, is now taking continuing education as an Installer and has been granted a dispensation from DSB to be a Manager for Electrical and Automation Engineering

The position involves, among other things, these tasks:

• Mapping of competence in the company, as well as planning and implementation of necessary competence development
• Use of apprentices for work related to electrical installations, including a routine for appointing a supervisor / mentor
• Use of unskilled people for work related to electrical installations, including a routine for appointing a supervisor / mentor
• Ensure that the company uses qualified personnel for the individual work assignments
• Ensure that employees have access to necessary tools, protective equipment and the like
• Ensure that a routine is prepared for the choice of working method at the workplace (fse)
• Ensure that a routine is drawn up for the designation of LFS / AFA
• Safe job analysis (SJA) at the workplace
• Implementation and documentation of risk assessment related to personal safety for each assignment
• Assist with reporting to the service department
• 3-line support on Navision, Handyman and FieldService
• Professional support across all departments within electrical engineering
• Keep ScaleAQ up to date on current regulations and standards

Christian is married to Nina and together they have 2 girls aged 7 and 4. Leisure time is spent staying active – lots of cycling and skiing.
