  • It says something about the level of ambition we have regarding HSEQ
  • It says something about our shared expectations of each other when it comes to HSEQ

HSE training

HSE should be an integral part of ScaleAQ’s workday. We have therefore prepared a number of NanoLearning lessons that

  • address the most central aspects of the HSE work at ScaleAQ.
  • These are sent straight to your inbox and are thus easy to complete, even in the course of a hectic workday.

The goal of the lessons is for you to think about HSE in your work. This course and the HSE Manual are two of several tools that will help you do just that.

The course is mandatory for all employees, so if you have not received the course by email, please notify Ellen Fossbakk.

HSE minimum requirements for construction sites

HSE training requirements:

  • HSE nano course
  • First aid course
  • On the job training for specific operations

Code of Conduct

Submit a report to incident@scaleaq.com

We run a worldwide business in a forward-looking industry, and with that come both opportunities and risks. We all keep an eye on what’s going on around us in our day-to-day work, because what we can’t do anything about something we don’t know about. With this idea as a starting point, we have established a common email address incident@scaleaq.com.

We invite EVERYONE to report critical incidents, be it a serious HSEQ incident, an acute failure of critical equipment (such as a net, barge, net pen and mooring), or major incidents beyond normal complaints/product defects, as well as critical incidents related to 3rd parties (customers, competitors or suppliers). In this way, we ensure that we, our company, can act quickly and consistently if anything arises and give these incidents the attention they deserve and the necessary support in relation to follow-up and processing, both internally and externally.

Submit suggestions for improvement and report deviations

Why should I submit them?

We can’t do anything about something we don’t know about – it’s as simple as that! So we don’t want to know about a deviation for the deviation’s sake alone, but rather for the lessons we can learn from each deviation – that lessons we turn into action. The actions that emerge from deviations and suggestions for improvements are what enable us to work more securely and easily, better and smarter

What should I submit?

You should typically submit:

  • Suggestions for improvements and ideas
  • Personal injury reports – both serious injuries that result in absenteeism and less serious injuries where the person who is injured can continue to work.
  • Environmental damage
  • Material damage or quality deviations in production or in the product itself
  • Close calls, in which an accident fortunately did not result in consequences
  • Dangerous conditions and dangerous actions that can lead to injuries
  • Customer complaints

Contact Jerome or Ellen if you have any questions.

Where should I send my submission?

All suggestions for improvements and deviation reports should be registered in ScaleQA.
