Building Skills Through Collaboration

This week we have had a nice visit from ScaleAQ Chile at Maskon in Stjørdal.

Jorge Hernandez and Sergio Yubano are technicians and will be here for two weeks. Both will play an important role as Maskon’s technical support team in Chile, and the visit is an important step in building local expertise.

Jorge Hernandez and Sergio Yubano.

During their stay, they will work hands-on with Maskon’s solutions, including pumps, vaccination machines and small machines. Next week, they will also go out to customers to participate in service assignments, which will provide valuable insight into how we work closely with operations in practice. In addition, the trip will take them to Nordhammarvika on Frøya, where they will get a good insight into our production in Norway.

The background to the visit is a clear goal to strengthen our deliveries in Chile. In order to succeed, we are dependent on competent local resources – which is precisely why this type of knowledge sharing is so important.

At the same time, it’s not just about professional development. Coming to Norway and experiencing how we work here is also motivating and provides a deeper understanding of both the products and the people behind them.

This week’s visit is a good example of how we are working as one team – across borders – to build expertise, share experiences and deliver even better to our customers.

Their stay has also given them the opportunity to experience a bit of the region outside of work. Jorge and Sergio were given an aerial tour of Trøndelag from a small plane!
