We established the ScaleAQ Safety Award last year. With this award, we want to recognize the good work that is done every day by all of you, and give a little extra attention and recognition for good performance in one or more of the following areas:
- Health and working environment
- Safety
- Information security
Last year, Hestnes Service Station received the award for its long-term and structured HSE work – both at the system level, in the psychosocial work environment, in management and in improving physical working conditions. The work has been carried out while maintaining full operations and handling adjustments during a demanding development phase.
The measures can be individual or collective, or nomination of individual initiatives.
The measures are assessed according to the following criteria:
- The initiative has helped to improve the company results in one or more of the prize areas
- The initiative is the result of good and systematic work
- The initiative shows creativity and innovation
- The initiative has helped to strengthen the company’s reputation
- The initiative can be used by other divisions in the Group
- The initiative supports the strategy “Create industry leading employee engagement in the safest workplace”
Who qualifies for the Scale Safety Award:
- Individual or collective initiatives
- Individual nominations
Excluded from this Scale Safety Award:
- HSEQ personnel
- Group and division management
Who can nominate:
- Everyone
The winner of the prize receives a certificate, as well as a sum of money which can be donated to a self-selected non-governmental organization (NGO).
