Last quarter, 31 improvement suggestions from our Service department were registered in ScaleQA, of which 11 were related to product improvements. Service Coordinators, along with other selected members of the Service department, voted on these suggestions, and the idea chosen as last quarter’s winner was Bracket for rings siezing, submitted by Martyn Hutchison.
