Update from AquaSur in Chile

CEO Carlos Arenas and his colleagues in Scale AQ Chile received a visit from the State Secretary for the Norwegian Ministry of fisheries last week.

They visited us Thursday 3^rd of March. We enjoyed a small breakfast while we did present ScaleAQ Chile. They were curious about our activities in Chile, relation with customers, service activities and production in our location.

We visit our service area and cage fabrication, where the state secretary “bumped fists” with all of them. Workers were very excited and happy with the visit.

We also had the opportunity to showed them a sustainability project related with cages: “recreation area” for the workers, using cage element (aisles and crosses) which it is in the step one of the projects in the picture. We are reusing those elements in a different way when those elements cannot be used for the main purpose for which those were fabricated. They were impressed with this project due the state secretary touched the sustainability as one of the main topics in her speech in Chile.
